One of the biggest rumors making waves is that Apple could be preparing its slimmest phone ever; the iPhone Air, which might replace the iPhone Plus.
Leaked details suggest the iPhone Air will measure just 5.5 mm thick, making it about 0.08 inches slimmer than today’s iPhones, and feature a 6.6-inch display. This would put it ahead of Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge at 5.8 mm, aligning Apple with the industry’s push toward ultra-thin devices. Some insiders believe it could also set the stage for Apple’s long-rumored foldable phone, expected in September 2026.

The sleek design, however, could come with trade-offs. Renders indicate a single rear camera instead of the Plus model’s dual setup, and space constraints might eliminate the bottom speaker entirely — leaving audio to come only from the top earpiece.
Pricing is rumored to start at $950, with color options including black, silver, and light gold.
