The all-electric Rimac Nevera has been making waves in the hypercar community since its debut in 2021. This stunning machine has 1,914 horsepower and can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 1.85 seconds; it not only holds the top Electric Vehicle speed record but also surpasses its gasoline-powered competitors.
After breaking 23 performance records in a single day, the Nevera may now call itself the “ultimate record-breaking hypercar.” The evaluations were checked through by Dewesoft and RaceLogic, and they have conducted at the Automotive Testing Papenburg (ATP) facility in Germany.
The 0–400 km/h sprint was the launching point for the EV’s assault since it represents the pinnacle of hypercar straight-line performance testing by integrating acceleration, aerodynamics, top speed, and braking power. The Nevera set a new record by going from 0 to 400 km/h and back in 29.93 seconds, beating the Konigsegg Regera by more than a full second.
In reality, the Nevera shut down most previously recorded accelerations. It took 4.42 seconds for it to accelerate from zero to 200 km/h, 9.22 seconds to reach 300 km/h, and 21.31 seconds to reach 400 km/h. The hypercar managed a time of 1.81 seconds to reach 100 km/h, four seconds faster than the manufacturer claimed. Furthermore, breaking 23 records in one day is also a record.

Proprietary Technology Takes Center Stage in the Rimac Nevera
Rimac’s proprietary technology underpins every aspect of the Nevera, from its aerodynamic design to its motor, batteries, and software.
The electric vehicle has four electric motors, one for each wheel, and a combined output of 1.4MW. Its battery pack has a capacity of 120kWh. It also has 390mm Brembo CCMR carbon-ceramic brake discs and six-piston calipers, as well as an excellent regenerative braking system.
“I am proud to say that the car we’ve created can get to 400km/h and back to 0 in less time than it took the McLaren F1 to accelerate up to 350km/h,” said Mate Rimac, founder and CEO of the firm. And it can do it over and over again, shattering every previous performance benchmark in the process. You could do it, too, if you had a Nevera and a place to race.
If you want to experience the raw strength of Rimac’s stunning Nevera, you’d better move quickly. The anticipated price tag of €2 million is steep but reasonable for a one-time opportunity to set a record for fun.
