Legal Technology Startup SingleFile, Which Simplifies Business State Filings, Raises $3.2 Million
SingleFile raised $3.2 million to grow its registered agent and annual report filing technology. Aaron Finn, the CEO, said government compliance is recession-proof. He said Seattle’s company tripled sales in 18 months. Wilson Sonsini, Fenwick, and Gunderson Dettmer use SingleFile to file formation documents. A Certificate of Incorporation is filed when a new business is created. Once accepted and processed, the document creates the legal entity.
