Twitter quickly shut its offices on Thursday, plus employees are resigning in flocks. Why do you think people with awesome tech jobs are resigning? Maybe, it’s because they may need to actually work now?
On the shutting of Twitter’s door employees were asked to leave and are not allowed entry until Monday. So basically a 3-day weekend, right? Well, thank you Elon Musk!
Apparently around half of Twitter’s remaining employees are committed to Elon Musk‘s “hardcore” vision. Hundreds of employees refused to continue working under Elon Musk’s new vision for the social platform. Are they mad? This guy has built some of the largest companies in our lifetime.
Let’s hope this fifty percent crew get things together, as at 103 we truly believe Twitter will be ‘the place’ to place your social advertising dollars in 2023. Just watch!
Apparently company officials told employees all buildings were being temporarily closed, effective immediately, and that their ability to re-enter with ID access was being suspended for the time being. The offices are expected to reopen Monday, so employees get Friday off.
So yeah – a 3-day weekend! Awesome! See you guys and gals in Vegas!!!
