Axios has learned that Kinship Ventures is seeking $75 million for its first fund.

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow, who also created the lifestyle brand Goop, and Moj Mahdara, a longtime entrepreneur and investor in the beauty industry best known for creating the Beautycon event, are at the helm of Kinship.

-The Los Angeles-based company plans to invest in web3 startups and other early-stage producers of consumer goods and technologies.

• The average size of a check will be between $1 million and $3 million.
