Apple has just published iOS 16.5, and it seems very minor: the largest new features are probably related to sports news in Apple News.
The new Sports tab in Apple News provides “easy access to stories, scores, standings, and more, for the teams and leagues you follow,” making it a potentially convenient way to keep track of all your sports-related interests in one place. There are also new score and schedule cards that will feature game-specific details.
